About This Role

Join DaVita's outpatient dialysis team as a Registered Nurse to provide life-saving care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting
• Monitor patients, manage treatment plans, and respond to health changes
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team, including Patient Care Technicians
• Educate patients and families on kidney health and treatment options
• Float to nearby clinics as needed; flexible schedule required

Requirements

• 1 year of nursing (RN) experience
• RN license in the state of practice
• ADN degree
• Basic computer proficiency
• Reliable transportation for potential floating

Qualifications

• ADN required; BSN preferred
• One year of nursing (RN) experience required

Nice to Have

• BSN degree
• Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg
• CNN/CDN certification
