Registered Nurse

About This Role

This Registered Nurse role involves observing, assessing, and recording patient symptoms, developing and managing nursing care plans, and providing first aid services to employees in an onsite clinic setting. The RN will focus on promoting health, preventing disease, and assisting with industrial illnesses and injuries.

Responsibilities

• Observe, assess, and record patients’ symptoms, reactions, and progress
• Develop and manage nursing care plans
• Instruct patients and their families in proper care
• Help individuals and groups improve or maintain their health
• Provide nursing and first aid services to employees and ill/injured individuals on client premises
• Adhere to Concentra policies, practices, procedures, and applicable regulations to achieve occupational health and safety objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Graduate of an accredited Registered nursing program
• Current RN license in the state of employment
• At least one year of demonstrated experience in occupational health nursing or related field

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university or Graduate of an accredited Registered nursing program
• At least one year of demonstrated experience in occupational health nursing or related field

Nice to Have

• Previous occupational health experience
• COHN certification
