Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and quality nursing care to residents
• Monitor and record patient progress
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop patient care plans
• Educate residents and their families about ongoing care and wellness
• Adhere to healthcare regulations, policies, and protocols

Requirements

• Strong clinical skills, including patient assessment, medication administration, and care planning
• Familiarity with healthcare protocols, standards, and safety procedures
• Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with residents, families, and colleagues
• Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Massachusetts
• CPR/BLS certification

Qualifications

• Previous experience in long-term care or a similar healthcare setting is preferred
