As a Psychiatric Registered Nurse, you will be an essential part of the clinical team at Aurora Behavioral Health System, providing safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care for adults and adolescents experiencing psychiatric or substance-use challenges. You will conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, implement nursing interventions, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Conducting patient assessments

- Implementing and evaluating nursing interventions
- Educating patients on treatment, coping skills, and wellness
- Supervising and delegating tasks to support staff

Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
