Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in an assisted living, long-term care, or rehabilitation setting. Responsibilities include medication supervision, health monitoring, and developing individualized care plans for residents.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents according to their individual needs
- Supervise medication administration
- Monitor resident health
- Assess physical and mental capacity of residents
- Develop individualized care plans
- Lead by example
- Assess resident care needs and take appropriate action
Requirements
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of NJ
- Current CPR certification
- Availability to work rotating weekends

- Sub-acute or long term care experience
