This Registered Nurse role involves developing meaningful relationships with residents and utilizing nursing skills to promote their physical and psychosocial well-being at Clinton Gardens. The RN will provide direct patient care, manage medications, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents
- Promote teamwork within the care team to exceed residents' needs
- Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive resident care
- Work towards a common goal of excellent care for residents
- Support a respectful and positive work environment
- Utilize nursing skills to promote physical and psychosocial well-being of residents
- Conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions
- Manage medications proficiently
Requirements
- Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana
- Proficient medication management skills
- Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence
