About This Role

This Registered Nurse role involves developing meaningful relationships with residents and staff while utilizing nursing skills to promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of seniors at Eagle Valley Meadows.

Responsibilities

• Develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of residents and staff
• Utilize nursing skills to promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of residents
• Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents
• Promote teamwork within the care team to exceed resident needs
• Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive resident care
• Support a respectful and positive work environment

Requirements

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana
• Proficient medication management skills
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence
