Join Agape Care Group as a Registered Nurse, where you will evaluate patients, create care plans, and lead the care team to ensure quality care and meaningful patient experiences for those facing life-limiting illnesses.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and create individualized care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team
- Serve as the primary driver of the care team to ensure quality care delivery
- Provide comfort and support through compassionate care and meaningful experiences
Requirements
- Current state license as a Registered Nurse
- 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift at least 80-100 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred)
