Join our team as a Registered Nurse, where you will evaluate patients, create care plans, and communicate with patients, families, and the care team to ensure quality care and meaningful patient experiences.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients

- Serve as the driver of the care team to ensure every patient receives quality care
Requirements
- Current state license as a registered nurse
- 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse
- 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred)
