This role is for a driven and energetic Recruiter to join a high-performance executive staffing and recruiting firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting of technical and engineering talent, contributing directly to the firm's success and their own income potential.
Responsibilities
- Interview, screen, and evaluate candidates for technical capability and cultural fit
- Utilize resume databases, referrals, outreach, cold calling, and sourcing tools to fill roles quickly
- Write compelling job postings to attract top technical and engineering talent
- Conduct full life-cycle recruiting across multiple industries
- Perform reference checks and ensure candidate credibility
- Build strong candidate pipelines for recurring technical roles
- Partner with leadership to provide insights on talent pools, sourcing strategies, and market constraints
- Document all activity with precision and consistency
- Comply with EEOC guidelines across all hiring practices

Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred
