This Recruiter role involves building teams for content, brands, and operations within the Beast ecosystem, focusing on full-cycle recruiting for impactful roles. The position requires a recruiter who can thrive amidst ambiguity and rapidly evolving priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for content, production, operations, and corporate roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define success criteria for each role.
• Execute fast and focused recruiting processes, maintaining a high bar for talent.
• Close candidates by clearly articulating impact, ownership, and growth opportunities.
• Proactively source candidates from creative, operational, and non-traditional backgrounds.
• Build pipelines for roles that combine creativity, execution, and leadership.
• Stay connected to creator, media, and internet culture to identify emerging talent.
• Offer clear market insights and honest feedback as a trusted advisor to hiring managers.
• Help teams make confident, timely hiring decisions in a fast-changing environment.
• Improve recruiting processes, interview structures, and tools as the company grows.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of full cycle recruiting experience (media, entertainment, tech or high-growth startups preferred)
• Strong track record of hiring high performers in fast-moving, creative environments
• Exceptional sourcing skills and willingness to go off-script
• Comfort working with ambiguity, evolving roles, and fast-paced leaders
• Strong instincts for talent, culture, and potential
• Clear communication skills and ability to close candidates
• Deep interest in creators, content, internet culture

Qualifications
