About This Role

Procession Systems is seeking a Recruiter who will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment of IT and cyber security candidates for clients located in Reston, VA. This role will leverage data and provide insights into the talent market to enable better-informed hiring decisions for clients.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruitment, including writing job postings, sourcing and interviewing candidates, providing recommendations for hire, and conducting reference checks
• Leverage technology and data, including social media, job boards, and internal applicant tracking system (ATS), to identify candidates
• Create and execute recruiting plans and marketing strategies to help accomplish team goals
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines and networks
• Attend weekly recruiting meetings to discuss open positions and strategic approach
• Provide recommendations and insights to team and customers regarding best practices

Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience in a customer-facing role
• Ability to meet and exceed minimum weekly and monthly activity and performance goals
• Responsive to feedback and comfortable with handling objections
• Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong work ethic and determination to succeed

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as retail, hospitality, food service, customer success, or recruiting
