OU Education Services is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support talent acquisition efforts for a 3-month period. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates to meet hiring goals, specifically for online learning initiatives for the University of Oklahoma System.
Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- Provide timely updates to the HR Generalist on recruitment progress
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruiting
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in recruiting
