Own the full-cycle recruiting process for G&A/GTM functions, building strong partnerships with hiring managers and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and hiring world-class technical talent for a fast-growing AI inference system company.
Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing through offer
- Ensure top-of-funnel quality and fast, high-signal decision-making
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers
- Advocate for both candidates and company needs
- Facilitate structured interview loops
- Track candidate performance
- Lead debriefs alongside hiring managers and leadership
- Manage offers and close processes in collaboration with hiring managers
- Continuously improve our recruiting systems, workflows, and candidate experience
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience recruiting non-technical talent in highly competitive markets
- Ability to evaluate both technical depth and cultural fit
- Resourceful in finding exceptional candidates beyond obvious platforms
- Thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building systems from scratch
- Cares deeply about candidate experience and operational excellence
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience recruiting non-technical talent
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with the AI, semiconductor, or hardware engineering talent landscape
- A track record of hiring exceptional engineers in niche or emerging fields
