About This Role

This role involves loading and unloading baggage and cargo, operating service vehicles, and performing aircraft servicing tasks in a fast-paced outdoor airport environment, ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform below-the-wing servicing of the aircraft
• Load and unload baggage and cargo
• Operate motorized service vehicles and equipment
• Guide and park aircraft
• Perform cabin maintenance tasks
• De-ice aircraft
• Work as part of a team to provide excellent customer service and meet corporate objectives

Requirements

• Successful completion of training course
• Ability to meet company goals and customer expectations in a high energy environment
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask
• Clear driving record
• Ability to handle objects up to 70 pounds
• Ability to assist passengers with disabilities

Qualifications

• High school or GED completion

Nice to Have

• Previous airline experience
• Previous employment as a front-line customer service provider
• Basic knowledge of computer applications and programs
