About This Role

As a Lovesac Sales Associate, you will engage with customers, achieve sales goals, and provide attentive service to help customers design products that fit their style and space. This role ensures a positive shopping experience by managing quotes, closing sales, and maintaining relationships.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with customers using Lovesac selling techniques
• Achieve personal sales goals and key performance indicators
• Provide attentive service to all customers and build customer loyalty
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge to effectively demo, assist, and educate customers
• Guide customers from interest to purchase, managing quotes, closing sales, and maintaining relationships
• Conduct customer outreach using company provided tools and communication methods
• Quickly identify and resolve customer issues
• Maintain a welcoming and visually appealing store by following visual merchandising standards
• Oversee store operations including opening & closing, inventory, exchanges, marketing, and promotions
• Utilize company tools, sales data, and reports to prioritize tasks and support daily operations

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• High-School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Able to effectively utilize technology for sales and customer support
• Support Lovesac's omni-channel customer experience
• Be able to travel as required to local stores, third-party vendors, and meetings
• Demonstrate excellent judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in managing financial transactions and handling sensitive data
• Effective communication skills and ability to manage conflict
• Able to move objects (including medium to large furniture items up to 75 pounds) and assemble furniture

Qualifications

• High-School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
