About This Role

As a Lovesac Sales Associate, you will engage with customers to create a welcoming in-store experience, helping them design products to fit their style and space. This role involves achieving personal sales goals, building customer loyalty, and maintaining a visually appealing store.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with customers using Lovesac selling techniques.
• Achieve personal sales goals and key performance indicators.
• Provide attentive service to all customers and build customer loyalty.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of product knowledge and effectively demo, assist, and educate customers.
• Guide the customer from first interest to purchase, managing quotes, closing sales, and maintaining relationships.
• Conduct customer outreach using company provided tools and communication methods.
• Identify and resolve customer issues quickly, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain a welcoming and visually appealing store by following visual merchandising standards.
• Oversee store operations including opening & closing, inventory, exchanges, marketing, and promotions.
• Utilize company tools, sales data, and reports to prioritize tasks and support daily operations.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to effectively utilize technology for sales and customer support.
• Ability to support Lovesac's omni-channel customer experience.
• Must be able to travel to local stores, third-party vendors, and for occasional meetings.
• Demonstrate excellent judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in managing financial transactions and handling sensitive data.
• Ability to move objects up to 75 pounds and perform physical actions such as bending, twisting, kneeling, reaching, standing, stooping, walking, crawling, and climbing.

Qualifications

• High-School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
