About This Role

Manage all phases of commercial door projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints. This role requires strong leadership and a deep understanding of the commercial door industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of commercial door projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met
• Prepare and review estimates, ensuring accurate and competitive pricing for door and hardware specifications
• Oversee procurement processes, including purchasing materials and managing supplier relationships
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and codes, especially those related to Division 8 specifications

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial construction industry
• Focus on commercial doors and hardware
• Strong understanding of estimating, procurement, and detailing processes specific to commercial doors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Strong attention to detail

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial construction industry, preferably with a focus on doors and hardware.
