Field Service Technician

About This Role

Install, maintain, and repair industrial equipment at client locations, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong technical background and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems in real-time.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure industrial equipment at client sites
• Perform regular maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure proper functioning
• Troubleshoot and repair PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems as needed
• Provide technical support to clients, addressing any operational issues
• Document all service activities and maintain accurate records of work performed
• Train clients on the proper use and maintenance of their equipment

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role
• Strong knowledge of PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Technical degree or equivalent experience in a related field
