Superintendent

About This Role

The Superintendent will oversee construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and to high-quality standards. This role requires strong leadership to coordinate teams and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of construction projects and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Coordinate and supervise construction trades and subcontractors to ensure work is completed according to specifications
• Schedule and monitor project timelines, ensuring milestones are achieved and addressing any delays promptly
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards and follow safety protocols
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to resolve issues during construction
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and building codes
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry.

Nice to Have

• Electrical knowledge
• Experience with permitting processes
• Familiarity with NEC guidelines
• Journeyman or Master License in relevant trades
