This Automation Field Service Engineer role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting automation systems and robotic arms in industrial settings to ensure their optimal performance. Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain automation systems and robotic arms at customer sites
• Troubleshoot and repair robotic systems and automation equipment to minimize downtime
• Perform routine maintenance and updates on robotic systems, ensuring efficient operation
• Provide technical support and training to customers on the use of automation equipment
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and implement system improvements and upgrades
• Document service activities and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and equipment status

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field
• Proven experience in robotic arm programming and troubleshooting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
