About This Role

This part-time Project Coordinator role supports an engineering-oriented work environment by scheduling and managing meetings, setting up presentation rooms, and handling SharePoint permissions.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and manage meetings
  • Set-up the meeting room for presentations
  • Managing permissions on SharePoint, editing views etc.

Requirements

  • 1-5 years of experience
  • Solid Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially in Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Formatting, Graphing), MS Teams, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Familiarity with SharePoint (Adding Site Content, Editing Views, Checking Permissions)
  • Basic PC setup (to be able to setup meeting rooms for design reviews)
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience in resolving scheduling conflicts and accommodating last minute changes with competing priorities

Qualifications

  • 1-5 years of experience

Nice to Have

  • Some Experience with QuickBase helpful
  • Engineering Oriented Work Environment preferred
