About This Role

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling and managing meetings, setting up meeting rooms for presentations, and managing SharePoint permissions in a hybrid onsite setting for a semiconductor manufacturing client.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and manage meetings.
  • Set-up the meeting room for presentations.
  • Managing permissions on SharePoint, editing views etc.

Requirements

  • Scheduling and Analytic tools (Power BI, Excel, Teams)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Scheduling and evading meetings
  • Solid Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially in Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Formatting, Graphing)
  • Experience in resolving scheduling conflicts and accommodating last minute changes with competing priorities

Qualifications

  • 1-5 years of experience

Nice to Have

  • Experience with QuickBase
  • Familiarity with SharePoint (Adding Site Content, Editing Views, Checking Permissions)
  • Basic PC setup (setting up meeting rooms for design reviews)
  • Engineering Oriented Work Environment preferred
