The Project Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling and managing meetings, setting up meeting rooms for presentations, and managing SharePoint permissions in a hybrid onsite setting for a semiconductor manufacturing client.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage meetings.
- Set-up the meeting room for presentations.
- Managing permissions on SharePoint, editing views etc.
Requirements
- Scheduling and Analytic tools (Power BI, Excel, Teams)
- Excellent communication skills
- Scheduling and evading meetings
- Solid Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially in Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Formatting, Graphing)
- Experience in resolving scheduling conflicts and accommodating last minute changes with competing priorities
Qualifications
- 1-5 years of experience
Nice to Have
- Experience with QuickBase
- Familiarity with SharePoint (Adding Site Content, Editing Views, Checking Permissions)
- Basic PC setup (setting up meeting rooms for design reviews)
- Engineering Oriented Work Environment preferred
