This Program Manager role supports the PPL organization through a significant organizational redesign and operating model evolution, providing structure, visibility, and momentum to high-stakes transformation workstreams. You will enable strategic decisions and consistent execution in a fast-moving, complex environment by collaborating with the Chief People Officer’s Chief of Staff.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a unified transformation portfolio dashboard tracking milestones, risks, dependencies, and KPIs.
- Establish governance routines that enable prioritisation, escalation, and executive decision-making.
- Ensure alignment across PPL operating model evolution, CPO priorities, and enterprise initiatives.
- Develop templates, standards, and reporting mechanisms to drive clarity and accountability.
- Anchor PPL transformation initiatives around AI-enabled automation opportunities.
- Partner with external consulting firms to streamline workflows, handoffs, and friction points across COEs, PBPs, and internal PPL teams.
- Coordinate deliverables and integrate outputs into the broader PPL operating model.
- Partner with workstream leads to define success metrics, execution plans, and cross-functional dependencies.
- Facilitate working sessions, sprint planning, retrospectives, and risk/issue resolution.
- Proactively identify blockers and drive escalation through established governance models.
- Maintain a consistent operating rhythm across the CPO Office, PPL leadership team, COEs, and consultants.
- Support executive communications, leadership updates, and business reviews.
- Track adoption, change readiness, and business impact to ensure sustainable outcomes.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience leading large-scale transformation or operating model programs within HR, People, Talent, or related corporate functions.
- Strong program and portfolio management expertise with the ability to bring order to ambiguity.
- Proven experience partnering with senior executives and executive Chiefs of Staff.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder alignment, and facilitation skills.
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience leading large-scale transformation or operating model programs within HR, People, Talent, or related corporate functions.
Nice to Have
- Experience managing external consulting partners.
- Familiarity with tools like Airtable or similar PM/portfolio tools.
