CLM Systems Administrator

About This Role

This role involves overseeing the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software and processes within the Legal Operations team, focusing on day-to-day functionality, maintenance, and improvement. The administrator will collaborate with legal staff to utilize data, systems, and operations knowledge for contract analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide analytical/technical skills for supporting coordination, maintenance, and improvement of Contract Lifecycle Management software and related processes within the Legal Operations team
• Be responsible for the oversight of day-to-day tactical functionality of the CLM system
• Ensure operational requirements for the system are working at full capacity
• Be involved in the maintenance of the CLM system along with the Legal team
• Collaborate with Lawyers and Legal Staff for utilizing data, systems, and operations knowledge
• Perform contract analyses, report development (e.g., cycle time)
• Implement best practices for CLM system usage
• Perform day-to-day maintenance of the CLM system
• Conduct ad hoc reporting

Requirements

• Proficiency with Icertis or similar CLM systems
• Knowledge of software improvement/implementation methodology
• Strong communication skills
• Strong commitment to and affinity for delivering the highest level of customer service

Nice to Have

• Icertis experience and configuration/development
• Project Management (PM) experience in Agile or traditional waterfall methodologies
• Experience at law firms or in corporate legal departments
• Microsoft C# or other tech stack development experience
