About This Role

The People & HR Transformation Program Manager will support the PPL organization during a period of organizational redesign and operating model evolution, partnering with the Chief People Officer's Chief of Staff to bring structure, rigor, visibility, and momentum to high-stakes transformation workstreams. This role enables strategic decisions and consistent execution in a fast-moving, complex environment through transformation portfolio management, workstream leadership, and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a unified transformation portfolio dashboard tracking milestones, risks, dependencies, and KPIs
  • Establish governance routines that enable prioritization, escalation, and executive decision-making
  • Anchor PPL transformation initiatives around AI-enabled automation opportunities
  • Partner with external consulting firms to streamline workflows, handoffs, and friction points across COEs, PBPs, and internal PPL teams
  • Facilitate working sessions, sprint planning, retrospectives, and risk/issue resolution
  • Maintain a consistent operating rhythm across the CPO Office, PPL leadership team, COEs, and consultants
  • Support executive communications, leadership updates, and business reviews
  • Track adoption, change readiness, and business impact to ensure sustainable outcomes

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience leading large-scale transformation or operating model programs within HR, People, Talent, or related corporate functions
  • Strong program and portfolio management expertise with the ability to bring order to ambiguity
  • Proven experience partnering with senior executives and executive Chiefs of Staff
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder alignment, and facilitation skills
  • Strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience leading large-scale transformation or operating model programs within HR, People, Talent, or related corporate functions.

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing external consulting partners
  • Familiarity with tools like Airtable or similar PM/portfolio tools
