The Production Technician at Trek Bicycle will be responsible for completing over 50% of the total bike repairs, focusing on quick, consistent, accurate, and high-quality service for complex repairs. This role requires elevated technical skills and communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Complete more than 50% of total repairs for the team
• Repair bikes quickly and consistently, maintaining accuracy and quality
• Handle the most complex repairs for the team and customers
• Keep bikes running flawlessly and build relationships with owners
• Continually learn proper service methods and new technologies
