The Sales Associate at Trek Bicycle will provide exceptional hospitality to customers, guiding them through their cycling needs and ensuring a positive experience. This role supports Trek's mission by promoting cycling and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop sales and hospitality skills through training and experience.
- Achieve individual monthly and annual sales targets.
- Learn about bikes, components, apparel, and technology.
- Use the Guide Sales Process to provide incredible hospitality to customers.
- Complete daily task list assignments and maintain store merchandising standards.
- Complete weekly cycle counts.
- Assemble or pre-assemble new bicycles.
- Prep customer bikes for service.
- Follow through on Quotes and Lead List communications.
