Production and Shipping Specialist

About This Role

This role involves managing facility forms, operating and maintaining various printing equipment, and assisting with organizational record storage. The specialist also handles all outbound shipping logistics and coordinates volunteer activities for the department.

Responsibilities

• Inventory and maintain a weekly supply of facility forms
• Operate and maintain a variety of printing equipment, including production copiers, wide-format printers, paper folders, collators, paper drills, laminators, paper cutters, and perforators
• Assist with the management and maintenance of the organizational record storage system
• Handle all outbound shipping logistics
• Coordinate volunteer activities assigned to and/or requested by Printing Services
• Operate all digital printing equipment
• Operate power lift equipment
• Perform general maintenance and minor repairs on printing equipment
• Accurately mark and wrap re-order points of all forms to ensure adequate notice for reordering forms
• Compile production data for monthly productivity report

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.

Nice to Have

• Experience with copiers and shipping software
• Basic inventory knowledge
• Production and assembly experience
