Product Demonstrator

About This Role

This role involves completing in-store food and non-food demonstrations, maintaining product knowledge, and professionally engaging consumers. The associate will prepare, serve, and break down products and equipment while maintaining a professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and maintain knowledge of products represented
• Prepare, serve, and break down product, equipment, and supplies
• Intercept and proactively engage consumers, interacting and selling products
• Effectively communicate the features and benefits of products
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and safe work station using cleaning chemicals
• Properly set up and prepare Event Table for execution
• Achieve 100% execution on assigned work
• Assist with preparation for client visits and complete audit corrections
• Build and maintain rapport with store personnel to meet company and client objectives
• Accurately prepare and submit all online requirements on the same day as Event execution

Requirements

• Ability to proactively intercept, engage, interact, and sell product to the consumer
• Ability to prepare and serve food samples using small appliances
• Ability to maintain a clean, sterile and safe work station
• Proficient in ability to use and navigate on a personal computer or personal mobile device using applications and internal systems

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months' related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Entry level with one to three months' related experience and/or training preferred.
