The Product Demonstrator is responsible for conducting in-store food and non-food demonstrations, preparing and serving products, and engaging consumers to sell products. This role ensures a professional appearance and maintains a clean, safe work station.
Responsibilities
- Acquire and maintain knowledge of products represented
- Proactively intercept, engage, interact, and sell product to consumers
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of the product
- Prepare and serve food samples using small appliances
- Maintain a clean, sterile, and safe work station
- Properly set up and prepare Event Table for execution
- Achieve 100% execution on assigned work
- Complete expense reports as per Company Policy
- Accurately prepare and submit all on-line requirements on the same day as Event execution
Requirements
- Ability to proactively intercept, engage, interact, and sell product to the consumer
- Ability to prepare and serve food samples using small appliances like microwaves, fryers, skillets, coffee makers, and knives
- Ability to maintain a clean, sterile and safe work station
- Proficient in ability to use and navigate on a personal computer or personal mobile device using applications and internal systems
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds (occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months' related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- One to three months' related experience and/or training preferred.
