Product Demonstrator

About This Role

Completes in-store food and non-food demonstrations, maintaining product knowledge and engaging consumers in a professional manner. Prepares, serves, and breaks down products, equipment, and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and maintain knowledge of products represented
• Prepare, serve, and break down product, equipment, and supplies
• Intercept consumers and demonstrate products in a professional manner
• Proactively intercept, engage, interact, and sell product to the consumer
• Effectively communicate features and benefits of products
• Prepare and serve food samples using small appliances
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and safe work station using cleaning chemicals
• Properly set up and prepare Event Tables for execution
• Achieve 100% execution on assigned work
• Accurately prepare and submit all on-line requirements on the same day as Event execution

Requirements

• Aptitude and ability to gain adequate knowledge of the products represented
• Desire and ability to proactively intercept, engage, interact, and sell product to the consumer
• Ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits
• Ability to prepare and serve food samples using small appliances
• Ability to maintain a clean, sterile, and safe work station
• Proficient in ability to use and navigate on a personal computer or personal mobile device using applications and internal systems
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds (occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds)
• Ability to push and pull a wheeled demonstration cart
• Professional appearance and proper grooming

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months' related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 0-3 months related experience and/or training preferred
