Photo Specialist

About This Role

This role delivers courteous and efficient photo services to customers while assisting with general store functions. It focuses on providing a positive customer experience, managing photo operations, and maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient photo service and information to customers
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
• Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience
• Operate cash register, process purchases, voids, returns, refunds, and exchanges
• Keep counters and shelves clean, merchandised, and maintain inventory records
• Implement Company asset protection procedures to minimize profit loss
• Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, and sale merchandise
• Assume web pick-up responsibilities, filling and delivering orders to customers
• Assist with exterior and interior maintenance to ensure clean and orderly store conditions
• Complete special assignments and other tasks as assigned
• Attend training and complete PPLs requested by Manager or corporate

Requirements

• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours

Nice to Have

• Six months of experience in a retail environment
• Prior work experience with Walgreens
