About This Role

Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming experience and seamless coordination of treatment services. This role involves maintaining an efficient schedule, communicating treatment plans and payment options, and building lasting patient relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome patients in a timely, professional and engaging manner
  • Maintain a productive daily schedule and schedule future appointments in coordination with patients and dental staff
  • Provide patient consultations and communicate information about recommended treatments, cost of service, insurance coverage and payment options
  • Contact patients to follow up on visits and to build lasting patient relationships
  • Ensure compliance with health, privacy, and safety regulations
  • Travel as needed for training and to perform job functions

Requirements

  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of customer service, sales, or reception experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail

Qualifications

  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 2 years of customer service role, sales, receptionist, or equivalent preferably in a healthcare or dental setting

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a healthcare or dental setting
  • Experience with dental practice management software such as Denticon/Dentrix
