This role is a remote Patient Care Coordinator orchestrating a Physician's practice, providing a seamless, concierge-level experience for patients in a virtual telemedicine setting. The coordinator will manage complex logistics and administrative tasks to optimize patient care and physician focus.
Responsibilities
- Create a premium, responsive environment where patients feel incredibly supported by maintaining consistent correspondence and addressing inquiries promptly
- Orchestrate complex scheduling and logistics, including patient visits, lab draws, and Zoom meetings, precisely managing the physician's calendar
- Anticipate and eliminate friction points by proactively identifying potential issues and creating solutions to recurring challenges
- Notice and correct errors with vigilance, catching discrepancies in documentation, scheduling conflicts, or process breakdowns
- Help physicians stay organized and focused by developing systems that keep them ahead of their responsibilities
- Build and nurture vital external relationships with consultants and referral sources, ensuring seamless collaboration
- Ensure flawless follow-through on clinical directives, processing prescriptions, managing lab orders, and tracking test results
- Fill gaps and drive innovation by identifying opportunities to improve workflows and proposing creative solutions
- Maintain impeccable patient records, meticulously updating charts, organizing medication lists, and ensuring accurate documentation
Requirements
- 3-5 years in roles requiring exceptional service delivery and administrative excellence
- At least 2 years in healthcare coordination
- Bachelor's degree or beyond
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, Electronic Medical Record systems (EMR), and Client Relation Management platforms (CRM)
- Background in patient-facing roles
- Experience working in remote or virtual environments where self-management and digital communication are essential

Qualifications
