The Parking Attendant greets customers, directs them to parking spaces, manages vehicle keys, and moves cars as necessary, ensuring a smooth and secure parking experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers as they enter the parking lot
- Assist customers and direct them to a parking space
- Maintain and keep customer keys secure
- Be present and alert at all times to provide the best customer experience and keep the lot secure
- Exercise restraint and patience when dealing with disruptive customers
- Maintain the rules and regulations of the building
- Move cars as needed
Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Access to reliable transportation
- Ability to operate many different vehicles
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Parking Attendant or Security Guard helpful
