Parking Attendant

About This Role

The Parking Attendant greets customers, directs them to parking spaces, manages vehicle keys, and moves cars as necessary, ensuring a smooth and secure parking experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the parking lot
• Assist customers and direct them to a parking space
• Maintain and keep customer keys secure
• Be present and alert at all times to provide the best customer experience and keep the lot secure
• Exercise restraint and patience when dealing with disruptive customers
• Maintain the rules and regulations of the building
• Move cars as needed

Requirements

• Good communication skills
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Access to reliable transportation
• Ability to operate many different vehicles

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Parking Attendant or Security Guard helpful
