Premium Supervisor

About This Role

Supervise and coordinate staff activities in the VIP area of Isleta Amphitheater, ensuring smooth operations, adherence to policies, and high customer satisfaction for Legends Global.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of stand workers in the VIP area
• Oversee and participate in stand set-up and closing procedures including inventory, prep, and cleaning
• Ensure all work stations remain clean, sufficiently stocked, and order replacement stock as necessary
• Efficiently and accurately complete all required paperwork
• Ensure all employees adhere to alcohol policies
• Manage staff to ensure food preparation meets guidelines set by Legends and the board of health
• Fill any position in the location as needed due to comprehensive knowledge of all roles
• Properly count ending inventory, clean equipment, and organize stock for subsequent events
• Operate POS system, including voids, credit card issues, and closing procedures
• Input daily event sheets and daily reports
• Collaborate with the customer service department to enhance customer service in assigned areas
• Conduct inventory at assigned locations
• Handle, print, and post assigned area schedules and make changes as needed

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-end club, restaurant, or catering setting
• High School Diploma
• Proactive, self-motivated, organized, and ability to prioritize
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change quickly
• Punctual and dependable
• Ability to read and maintain information
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations
• Ability to speak, read, write and understand English
• Ability to move quickly and act on assigned duties efficiently
• Knowledge of POS system (voids, credit card issues, closing procedures)
• Knowledge of food and beverage menu, specials, and services offered
• Knowledge of venue layout and assigned work area
• Ability to meet state and local health requirements for food handlers and alcoholic beverage services
• Ability to maintain personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance
• Ability to walk long distances and stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to stand, kneel, lift (up to 30 pounds), carry items, push carts, walk at a fast pace, and bend down

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, some college preferred
• 2-4 years working in a fast-paced, high-end club, restaurant or catering location
