PT Suites Supervisor

About This Role

Supervise suites food and beverage operations at Ball Arena, ensuring high-quality service for VIP customers and managing inventory and staff.

Responsibilities

• Support all suites food and beverage operations at Ball Arena
• Assist in supporting, training, and counseling staff
• Directly manage staff while interacting with VIP customers and maintaining high suites quality service
• Maintain and control high volume food and beverage inventory and orders
• Train, educate, and enforce responsible service of alcoholic beverages and evaluate compliance within corporate procedures
• Develop and enforce standards for service, sanitation, and product and food quality
• Ensure all credit card cash and billing procedures are documented and enforced
• Interact with co-workers to assure compliance with company service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures
• Conduct physical audit of inventory and product and perform reconciliations

Requirements

• Experience in Premium Service
• High School Diploma
• Excellent organizational, written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills
• Customer service and communication skills
• Fast paced problem solving ability
• Personable, proactive and self-motivated
• Organized and ability to jump from task to task and prioritize as needed
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Able to adapt to change quickly
• Punctual and dependable
• Must be able to read and maintain information
• Must be able to perform simple mathematical calculations
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English
• Able to move fast and act on assigned duties
• Must maintain personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance
• Ability to occasionally lift, carry and put away stock weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ability to push hotboxes and carts with push weights of up to 50 pounds
• Able to kneel and bend to stock floor level refrigerators
• Ability to sit and use computer workstation for extended periods of time
• Finger, hand, and wrist dexterity
• Comfortable working in a loud environment with music, announcements, pyrotechnics and flashing lights
• Comfortable walking the majority of the shift to access kitchens Theater boxes, suites, including stairs and ramps
• Available for 75% of events at Ball Arena, primarily weekends, nights, and holidays

Qualifications

• High School Diploma Required, Associate’s Degree Preferred

• Knowledge and experience working with a POS system, TAPIN 2 preferred
