About This Role

Drive new business growth as a B2B Sales Representative for uniform rental and facility service solutions in an assigned territory. This role involves prospecting, closing complex contracts, and building long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits
  • Conduct on-site assessments and presentations for various service programs
  • Develop tailored proposals and close multi-year service agreements
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate client information and activity
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
  • Collaborate with service and operations teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding

Requirements

  • 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing a full sales cycle
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Willingness to take coaching and feedback
  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle

Qualifications

  • 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience (uniform rental, industrial supply, waste management, safety gear, or janitorial services preferred)
