This Outside Sales Representative role focuses on generating sales, developing customer relationships, and expanding the customer base within the commercial market segment. The role involves identifying new business, maintaining existing relationships, and achieving sales targets while providing legendary customer service.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, email, and networking to generate new business
• Qualify and prioritize leads based on needs, budget, and potential for long-term conversion
• Effectively present and demonstrate products/services, tailoring solutions to specific client needs
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction with products/services
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and quotas, contributing to overall company growth
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to position products effectively

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of work-related sales experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience, college education preferred
• Minimum of one to three years of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is required; Three to five years of experience preferred
