Responsibilities
- Perform detailed pest control inspections for residential and commercial customers
- Recommend customized pest control solutions based on inspection findings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Drive new business by identifying potential customers and presenting pest control solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups
- Effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work independently in the field
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and offering advice
Requirements
- Sales experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs
Qualifications
- Sales experience required
Nice to Have
- Sales experience in labor or pest control services
- Experience performing inspections, selling, or servicing in industries such as HVAC, solar, internet, cable, or similar customer-facing roles
