Actively engage with customers to provide expert pest control inspections and recommend tailored solutions. Build sales and customer service skills while contributing to a growing business.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed pest control inspections for residential and commercial customers
• Recommend customized pest control solutions based on inspection findings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Drive new business by identifying potential customers and presenting pest control solutions
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups
• Effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work independently in the field
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and offering advice

• Sales experience
• Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs

Qualifications

• Sales experience required

• Sales experience in labor or pest control services
• Experience performing inspections, selling, or servicing in industries such as HVAC, solar, internet, cable, or similar customer-facing roles
