Outside Sales Representative

About This Role

Join Integrity Data Solutions as an Outside Sales Representative to drive new business revenue and pipeline growth by selling hardware and software solutions across North America. This role is foundational to the company's hardware sales efforts and offers significant opportunity for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities

• Sell IDS’ full hardware portfolio including mobile computers, thermal/laser/MICR printers, Managed Print Services, office copiers and uninterruptible power supply (UPS) solutions
• Actively call and email prospective customers across IDS target industries, including warehouse/distribution, utilities, municipalities, manufacturing and healthcare
• Drive new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calls, emails, networking, and trade show follow-up
• Assist in planning and supporting sales and marketing campaigns, trade shows, and conferences
• Work with internal teams to develop quotes, proposals, and customer presentations
• Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline tracking, and KPI reporting within the CRM system
• Report on weekly sales activity and progress toward goals
• Assist with customer installations and deployments locally

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B Sales
• Office-based in Dallas, TX
• Experience selling hardware, technology, IT, or operational solutions
• Comfortable driving “cold” leads into top of sales “funnel”
• Experience using a modern CRM

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B Sales

Nice to Have

• Experience with leading brands such as Zebra, Honeywell, Lexmark, Canon, Toshiba, Vertiv, Printronix, Dascom brands or similar
• Familiarity with office, warehouse, utility, municipal, manufacturing and/or healthcare environments
