Operations Team Lead

About This Role

This role drives sales and ensures a positive customer experience by accurately processing inbound and outbound merchandise. The Operations Team Lead will maintain store facilities, ensure inventory accuracy, and support team development to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Achieve store objectives and key metrics demonstrating high ownership and accountability
• Execute store shipment deliveries and lead the team in processing product efficiently
• Maintain back-of-house areas and equipment to promote efficiency.
• Communicate daily goals and tasks, modeling behaviors to enhance team knowledge and operational results
• Utilize shipment systems to plan and execute inbound and outbound activities
• Lead shortage control and inventory accuracy, including acknowledging manifests and processing transfers/damaged items
• Track and replenish store supplies, supporting facilities processes like maintenance and housekeeping
• Adapt to changing circumstances, adjusting tactics and resources based on business needs
• Assist with onboarding, teaching, and continued learning for associates
• Champion associate engagement, celebrating achievements, and fostering a positive store culture
• Support in-store customer experience by providing excellent service during key coverage periods

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail experience
• Dedication to customer service excellence
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to use data and judgment for timely and effective decisions
• Comfortable with technology, including smartphones, tablet computers, and Windows-based operating systems
