Operations Crew

About This Role

Legends Global is hiring Operations Crew members to support event preparations, general cleaning, and maintenance at the Knoxville Civic Auditorium and Coliseum. This role ensures facilities are ready for live event experiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Requisition Conversions for events
• Set up and break down stages, seating, tables, and ramps
• Assist with fixing seats, ground clean up, and snow removal
• Perform cleaning and housekeeping duties as assigned
• Follow all safety precautions and emergency procedures established at the facility
• Report any safety and damage concerns to the Supervisor and Manager

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to maintain an effective working relationship with clients, employees, exhibitors, patrons
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to take/follow directions and remain flexible and adjust to situations as they occur
• Ability to meet company standards on criminal background screening

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred

Nice to Have

• Operational knowledge of tools and equipment
• Experience operating a forklift, scissor lift or other similar heavy machinery
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other basic computer skills
• Valid driver's license
