Omnichannel Associate

About This Role

This role contributes to profitable sales growth by executing Enterprise Fulfillment and jcp.com strategies, including customer service and sales, fulfillment, online operations, and general store operations. This position primarily focuses on assisting customers, processing online orders, and maintaining stock.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in finding products, delivering outstanding customer service.
• Monitor Enterprise Fulfillment systems, pick merchandise orders, and acknowledge completion in the system.
• Accurately pack orders in accordance with packaging requirements and timelines.
• Complete all Ship from Store and Buy Online Pickup in Store activities in a timely manner.
• Research jcp.com order shortages/overages and complete shipment check-in.
• Process jcp.com order binning and system reporting to complete online processes.
• Assist with overall organization and maintenance of jcp.com stock area.
• Process jcp.com order deliver and return transactions on the register.
• Partner with Merchandise Associates/Assistants to replenish store products from inventory.
• Participate in the annual inventory process.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years work experience
• HS degree or equivalent

Qualifications

• HS degree or equivalent is required. Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years work experience
