Omnichannel Associate

About This Role

As an Omnichannel Associate, you will contribute to profitable sales growth by executing enterprise fulfillment and jcp.com activities, ensuring outstanding customer service, and participating in general store operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in finding products, delivering outstanding customer service
• Actively promote company products and services and partner effectively with team members
• Monitor Enterprise Fulfillment systems, pick merchandise orders, and acknowledge completion in the system
• Accurately pack orders in accordance with packaging requirements and timelines
• Complete all Ship from Store and Buy Online Pickup in Store activities in a timely manner
• Research jcp.com order shortages/overages and complete shipment check-in
• Complete order binning and system reporting to finalize jcp.com processes
• Process jcp.com order delivery and return transactions on the register
• Partner with Merchandise Associates/Assistants to replenish store products from inventory
• Participate in the annual inventory process

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years work experience
• HS degree or equivalent

Qualifications

• HS degree or equivalent is required; Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Minimum 1-2 years work experience
