This role contributes to profitable sales growth by handling Enterprise Fulfillment and jcp.com activities, including customer service, order processing, and general operations in a retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in finding products and deliver outstanding customer service
- Actively promote company products and services and partner with team members effectively
- Monitor Enterprise Fulfillment systems, pick and pack merchandise orders, and acknowledge completion
- Complete all Ship from Store and Buy Online Pickup in Store activities in a timely manner
- Research jcp.com order shortages/overages and complete shipment check-in
- Complete order binning and system reporting for jcp.com processes
- Assist with overall organization and maintenance of jcp.com stock area
- Process jcp.com order delivery and return transactions on the register
- Replenish store products from inventory and participate in annual inventory process
- Consistently meet established performance standards including shrink, safety, Omnichannel, and productivity
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of work experience
- HS degree or equivalent
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience preferred; HS degree or equivalent is required
- Minimum 1-2 years of general work experience
