Omnichannel Associate

About This Role

This role is responsible for driving profitable sales growth by managing Enterprise Fulfillment and jcp.com operations, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient order processing. The Omnichannel Associate will assist customers, fulfill online orders, and maintain the jcp.com stock area.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, delivering outstanding customer service
• Monitor Enterprise Fulfillment systems, pick and pack merchandise orders accurately and timely
• Complete all Ship from Store and Buy Online Pickup in Store activities in a timely manner
• Research jcp.com order shortages/overages and complete shipment check-in
• Process jcp.com order delivery and return transactions on the register
• Partner with Merchandise Associates/Assistants to replenish store products from inventory
• Participate in annual inventory process
• Consistently meet established performance standards for shrink, safety, omnichannel, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years work experience
• HS degree or equivalent

Qualifications

• HS degree or equivalent is required, Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Minimum 1-2 years work experience
