This role will support a fast-growing IT Managed Service Provider in the Philadelphia area by streamlining daily operations, supporting internal teams, and ensuring the business runs smoothly. The Office Manager will serve as the backbone of the technical organization, handling administrative tasks and technical coordination.
Responsibilities
- Streamline daily operations and support internal teams
- Keep the business running smoothly in a fast-paced environment
- Coordinate vendors, tools, supplies, and service renewals
- Handle billing, invoicing, and financial coordination
- Support leadership with scheduling, reporting, and workflow organization
- Assist with company events, meetings, and process improvements
- Perform general office administration and communications
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in office management, administrative support, or operations
- Experience working in a technical or MSP environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
- Experience handling billing, invoicing, or financial coordination
- Excellent communication and client-interaction skills
- Ability to support leadership with scheduling, reporting, and workflow organization
- Comfortable coordinating vendors, tools, supplies, and service renewals
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in office management, administrative support, or operations, preferably in a technical or MSP environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with PSA/RMM tools (ConnectWise, Kaseya, Autotask, N-able)
- Familiarity with basic IT terminology and ticketing workflows
- Experience supporting HR functions (onboarding, documentation, policies)
- Background in bookkeeping or expense tracking
- Experience assisting with company events, meetings, and process improvements
