Construction Project Manager

About This Role

Lead large-scale capital investment projects and site master plan initiatives within a manufacturing environment for a life sciences company. Provide leadership in project management, construction execution, and operational readiness to ensure safe, high-quality delivery of complex projects and support long-term objectives.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee construction delivery teams, including internal project stakeholders, third-party construction management partners, and construction safety resources
• Collaborate with on-site engineering, design teams, system owners, and project engineering services to achieve construction milestones
• Review monthly cost reports and payment applications submitted by construction management partners
• Deliver monthly reporting on project financials, schedule status, and risk profile
• Support the development of SOPs, preventive maintenance schedules, and quality documentation of installed electrical assets

Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering experience
• 5+ years managing capital construction projects
• Experience working on pharmaceutical construction practices in regulated manufacturing environments
• Hands-on experience with pharma and biologics packaging facilities, equipment, and packing line installations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar
• 10+ years of engineering experience, with 5+ years managing capital construction projects
